14 Day Free Trial Terms & Conditions
By signing the “14-Day Free Trial” document, which was sent via email to the client, both parties agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
1. Services Provided
Lead Estate will provide lead generation services for the Client through Facebook and Instagram ads, utilising PocketAppraisal.io as the landing page to capture leads. Lead Estate will run ads for a 14-day free trial period ("Trial Period"), during which the Client will not be charged for the services provided by Lead Estate.
2. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to pay for the ad spend, which will range between $10 and $40 daily, as agreed upon during the onboarding call. The Client is responsible for funding the ad spend throughout the Trial Period.
3. Lead Generation Guarantee
Lead Estate guarantees that at least one (1) lead will be generated for the Client during the 14-day Trial Period. If no leads are generated during this period, Lead Estate will refund the total ad spend paid by the Client during the Trial Period.
4. Payment Terms
Ad spend payments will be made directly to the advertising platforms (Facebook/Instagram) by the Client, and are non-refundable unless Lead Estate fails to generate any leads within the Trial Period, as outlined in Section 3.
5. Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice at any time, except for obligations under Section 3 regarding the lead generation guarantee.
6. Limitation of Liability
Lead Estate's liability is limited to the refund of ad spend as specified in Section 3 and shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the ad spend.
7. General Provisions
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions and agreements. It is understood by both parties that the Client agrees to these terms by signing the "14-Day Free Trial" document sent VIA email.
